Forestry Commission/Defra: assessing the cost-effectiveness of woodlands in the abatement of carbon dioxide emissions

The Forestry Commission, in association with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the devolved administrations, invites tenders for its assessing the cost-effectiveness of woodlands in the abatement of carbon dioxide emissions call.

The aim of this study is to provide robust and comprehensive evidence of the cost-effectiveness of woodland creation in the UK as a means to deliver carbon dioxide emissions abatement.
