Technicians are vitally important to the advancement of chemical sciences, says RSC president, former technician
Grants, awards and mentoring are among the measures featured in an action plan launched by the Royal Society of Chemistry to support technicians.
The plan, launched in accordance with Science Council’s Technician Commitment initiative, which the RSC is a signatory to, includes sections on the commitment’s four pillars of visibility, recognition, career development and sustainability.
