Cancer centres share £100m

Cancer Research UK is to invest £100 million across 15 research centres in the UK.

This funding will support work to increase the speed with which new treatments and diagnostics reach cancer patients.

The £100m will be spread across CRUK’s 11 centres in Belfast, Cambridge, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and Southampton, and its four London centres at Barts, the Institute of Cancer Research and the Royal Marsden, Imperial College London, and University College London.
