Academy launches hub for engineering entrepreneurs

The Royal Academy of Engineering has launched its Enterprise Hub, a national resource providing early stage companies with long-term mentoring, training and support.

Seventy academy fellows have signed up to mentor start-ups and small businesses through the hub, which was launched on 29 April.

Volunteer mentors include Mike Lynch, founder of the Invoke Capital fund and Robin Saxby, chairman of semiconductor and software design company ARM.
