More than half of the 41 members of the Science Council have signed its Declaration on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
By doing so, they have pledged to “proactively promote a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion” in their disciplines.
The latest signatures are from the Association of Neurophysiological Scientists, the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, the Institute of Science and Technology, the Institution of Environmental Sciences and the Royal Meteorological Society.
