Museums and galleries have welcomed the extension of a tax-relief scheme for exhibitions announced in the autumn statement.
On 23 November, chancellor Philip Hammond announced that he would be expanding tax reliefs for permanent exhibitions at UK museums and galleries.
A new tax relief system for museums and galleries was announced earlier this year, but was originally intended to apply only to temporary and touring exhibitions.
