British Council appoints innovation director

Andrew Horton, formerly at media company Time Inc, has been appointed director for digital, partnerships and innovation at the British Council.

In a statement published on 2 February, the British Council said that Horton, who at present serves as director of content and brand licensing at Time, would take up his duties in March. 

He will be responsible for the British Council’s strategy for global partnerships as well as the development of digital products.
