RSC names Jo Reynolds as next science policy leader

Jo Reynolds, a former research strategist with Cancer Research UK, has been appointed director of science policy at the Royal Society of Chemistry.

On 30 March, the society announced that Reynolds, who has also worked for the Wellcome Trust, would be responsible for leading the organisation’s science, external relations and industry work.

Reynolds, who has a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, will take over from Claire Craig.
