Charmaine Griffiths, currently of Institute of Cancer Research, will join the foundation in February 2020
The British Heart Foundation has appointed Charmaine Griffiths as its chief executive.
Griffiths, who has previously served as the BHF’s executive director of strategy and performance, will return to the charity in February 2020. She succeeds Simon Gillespie, who will retire on 31 December 2019, the charity said on 11 November.
