Data lay bare lack of diversity at Royal Society of Chemistry

  

Diversity report released as society announces it will include gender data in its publishing system

Diversity data published by the Royal Society of Chemistry has revealed a dearth of women and ethnic minorities within both the organisation’s membership and its leadership.

The society’s first Diversity Data report shows women make up just 35 per cent of those on the learned society’s governance bodies and councils.
