The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry has named Deepak Khanna as its next president.
Khanna is senior vice president and UK managing director of Merck, Sharp and Dohme. He will succeed Simon Jose of GlaxoSmithKline after the association’s annual meeting in April 2012.
