The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry has updated its guidelines for phase 1 clinical trials.
The updates incorporate regulatory changes and guidance on changes in insurance and trial subject compensation since publication of the previous edition in 2007. Advice on premises and facilities has been reduced after feedback that these sections were too prescriptive.
