The Pfizer campus in Sandwich, Kent has been sold to a consortium for an undisclosed sum.
Pfizer had announced the closure of the campus in February 2011, putting the 2,400 jobs on the site at risk. It later announced that 650 employees would be retained at the site, and 250 have been relocated within the UK.
