The Reed Elsevier group, which publishes science journals including The Lancet and Cell, has rebranded itself.
The group has changed its name to RELX Group, to “reflect the transformation of the company to a technology, content and analytics driven business”, it said on 25 February.
RELX Group is the name for a combined entity formed from the former Reed Elsevier Group and Reed Elsevier Finance. “RELX is pronounced REL as in relative and X as in the letter x,” the group clarified.
