Research campus opens in highland region

A business, research and education campus has been established in Inverness which the Scottish government hopes will generate around 940 jobs.

The Inverness Campus was officially opened on 15 May by John Swinney, Scotland’s deputy first minister.

In a press release marking the launch, the Scottish government said that the campus, which includes a life sciences enterprise area, would bring together business, research and educational organisations to support collaboration and knowledge transfer.
