Bruntwood SciTech strikes deal with Manchester Pension Fund to help it grow £5 billion portfolio
Specialist developer and property platform Bruntwood SciTech has secured an investment of £500 million, including £150m from a local government pension fund.
Bruntwood SciTech, which specialises in the science and technology sectors, struck the deal with Greater Manchester Pension Fund as part of its ambition to create a £5 billion UK-wide portfolio to support 2,600 “high-growth” businesses by 2032.
