Plans unveiled for life sciences hub in central London

Finished property to house startups, pharmaceutical companies and firms supporting industry

Developers have unveiled plans to convert a historic central London building into a life sciences hub.

The redevelopment of Grade II-listed Victoria House (pictured) in Bloomsbury Square, central London, will include a 220,000 square foot wet lab-enabled space, with the first phase of the project due to be completed by autumn 2024.
