Jisc signs ‘read and publish’ agreement with Wiley

The deal will allow UK researchers free open-access publishing in Wiley journals

The higher education IT firm Jisc has signed its second “read and publish” open-access deal with a major US publisher.

The four-year agreement with Wiley will enable researchers at UK universities to publish open-access articles for free in all of the publisher’s journals, Jisc announced on 2 March. The agreement will also enable UK institutions to read all of Wiley’s journals, as part of the same deal.
