Oxford University Press has released its first report on responsible publishing, setting targets for gender and ethnic diversity in its workforce, as well as environmental impact.
The report outlines the steps OUP is taking to ensure it operates “responsibly for our people, communities and the environment”, while also reflecting on the progress the company has made in these areas.
