Science and international development inquiry launched

The House of Commons Science and Technology Select Committee has launched an inquiry into science and international development.

The inquiry builds on a 2004 committee report, which concluded that the Department for International Development’s limited ability to build scientific capacity in developing countries was a “weakness”.
