The House of Commons Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee will hold an oral evidence session on the government’s draft national policy statement for hazardous waste on 14 September.
The committee has summoned Jan Gronow, vice chairman of the waste management technical panel at the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management; Ed Mitchell, director of environment and business at the Environment Agency; Andrew Coleman, senior environment and business adviser (planning) at the EA; and Gill Ross-Jones, senior environment and business adviser (waste) at the EA.
