Parents do not forgive Lib Dems for broken tuition-fee pledge

Nearly 60 per cent of parents with children under the age of 18 who took part in a survey say MPs who broke a pledge against raising tuition fees should not stand in the 2015 general election.

The results were revealed in a poll by the National Union of Students and pollster YouGov on 21 November—the day an NUS demonstration against the UK government’s higher education policies took place in central London.
