Technology, infrastructure and education are the government’s top priorities after Brexit, says prime minister

Prime minister Boris Johnson has put education, technology and infrastructure front and centre of his plan to boost productivity in Britain after Brexit, in a conference speech heavy on science references.

Johnson told the Conservative Party conference on 2 October that his “vision for Britain” was “a country where we level up and unify the entire United Kingdom through better education, better infrastructure and technology”.
