Fears over post-Brexit collaboration centre stage at Dublin research meeting

Ireland’s minister for higher education has called on the UK to ratify the Brexit withdrawal agreement to safeguard university collaboration between the two nations.

Speaking at a meeting of the British and Irish chamber of commerce at the Mansion House in Dublin, Mary Mitchell O’Connor said: “It is the view of our government that the best way to ensure ongoing collaboration in research is for the UK to ratify the Withdrawal Agreement”.
