Welsh universities speak out ahead of the election

The chair of Universities Wales has called on UK political parties to consider their impact on the nation’s higher education sector ahead of the general election.

“In the era of devolved power some may ask whether the general election has as much relevance to Wales’ higher education sector,” Julie Lydon wrote in a blog post on 9 December.
