Strategy calls for ‘change in how we invest in and develop capability’
A new science and technology strategy published by the Ministry of Defence promises a challenge-led approach to give the UK “a decisive edge in the future”.
Launched on 19 October by the ministry’s chief scientific adviser, Angela McLean, the strategy calls for a “change in how we invest in and develop capability to avoid falling behind our adversaries”.
