Government reveals ambitions to train more galactic experts with new scheme

Students will be able to study for careers that aim for the stars with a government-backed space engineering apprenticeship set to launch in January.

The Level 4 apprenticeship will see students in England train in specialisms such as spacecraft manufacturing and satellite integration when it opens in January 2021, while a degree-level version of the apprenticeship is set to open next September.
