Ex-science minister says access to EU’s next research programme is in national interest
Former science minister Chris Skidmore has pledged to campaign for association with the European Union’s 2021-27 R&D programme, Horizon Europe.
Association to the Horizon programme is important, as it means researchers can participate under the same conditions as those from EU member states, at least under the current rules.
