Research community calls for long-term, sustainable funding ahead of UK government’s comprehensive research plan
The need for long-term and sustainable research funding has been identified as one the key priorities in a survey on the government’s R&D Roadmap, which was billed as a starting point for drafting a comprehensive R&D plan.
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy received nearly 400 responses from individuals and organisations across the UK and internationally to the survey, which asked questions about the UK’s R&D system.
