Nations sign joint statement of intent to boost collaboration on quantum technologies

The UK and the US have committed to boosting their collaboration on quantum technologies in a statement of intent published on 4 November.

Signed by the UK science minister George Freeman and the science adviser to the US President, Eric Lander, the document sets out priorities for collaboration in quantum science, including joint research, building the global market and supply chain, and training the next generation of scientists and engineers.
