Key pledges from the election winners in Wales, Scotland and England’s major cities
There were few surprises in the 6 May elections in the UK, with the leading parties in Scotland and Wales retaining their positions, and most mayoral incumbents being re-elected.
But the winners now have the power to shake up R&D in their regions.
