International strategy outlines ambitions for leadership in global tech race through partnerships with R&D allies

The UK government is hoping to achieve its ambition of being a world leader in technology by strengthening ties with other “priority” countries, according to a strategy published today.

The International Technology Strategy follows a review published last week in which the government kept science and technology as a core priority in its foreign policy, against a backdrop of increasing global competition in emerging technologies.
