Matt Clifford to work with ex-diplomat Jonathan Black to lay the groundwork for autumn meeting

Matt Clifford, the chair of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency, and former senior diplomat Jonathan Black have been chosen to lead preparations for a global summit on artificial intelligence this year.

The two will be tasked with rallying nations, companies and experts ahead of the AI Safety Summit in the UK this autumn.
