Labour again rejects idea of youth mobility scheme with EU

But both Lib Dems and SNP want new opportunities for students and universities

The Labour Party has confirmed its opposition to the reintroduction of a youth mobility scheme that would allow young people to move between the UK and the EU to study, work and live.

The issue has been raised in interviews with a senior Labour figure and representatives of the other main parties in the final days of campaigning before Thursday’s general election.
