O’Neill to give evidence to MPs on antibiotic resistance

The House of Commons science and technology committee is holding a follow-up inquiry into antimicrobial resistance.

In a one-off evidence session to follow up on the previous committee’s 2014 report, MPs will hear evidence from the economist and peer Jim O’Neill, who chaired the government’s review into antimicrobial resistance.

The session on 30 November will also examine the Department of Health’s latest progress report.
