MPs resume inquiry into science communication

The House of Commons Science and Technology Committee is to hold the third evidence session in its investigation into science communication.

The session on 7 September will focus on science communication as a profession and the difference between science communication and public engagement. MPs will also examine the role of the government in engaging the public in science.

Witnesses called at 1.45pm will include representatives from Soapbox Science, Sense about Science, the UK Association for Science and Discovery Centres and the Zoological Society of London.
