The House of Lords Constitution Committee has asked for evidence on the detailed provisions of the European Union (Withdrawal) bill, and their legal and policy implications.
On 14 September, the committee said it would begin accepting written evidence for its inquiry into the constitutional impact of the bill, which was announced on 7 September.
Peers are looking for your views in three areas: the relationship between parliament and the executive; the rule of law and legal certainty; and the consequences of the bill for the UK’s constitution.
