Scottish Funding Council appoints access director

Donna MacKinnon will move from government to become director of access at the funder

The Scottish Funding Council has appointed Donna MacKinnon as its director of access, learning and outcomes.

MacKinnon, who will join the funder in March 2020, has spent the past 13 years working for the Scottish government, in roles across justice, health and local government, the SFC said on 8 January. Most recently, she was deputy director and head of community justice.
