The UK and China are set to agree a plan to strengthen their cooperation in higher education, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has announced.
Representatives from the two countries were due to meet on 27 October to agree a three-year action plan to forge stronger links in higher education, vocational education and skills training, schools and language teaching.
