Willetts announces £158m for e-infrastructure

Science minister David Willetts has announced a £158 million investment in e-infrastructure, including £43m for the new national supercomputer, ARCHER.

Other projects set to receive funding include the Daresbury Science and Innovation Campus in Cheshire, which will get £30m for research into the latest product-development software.
