The UK must not respond to climate change in other countries by becoming insular, says John Beddington, the government’s chief scientific advisor, in a blog post for the Department for Business, Innovation, and Skills.
Beddington commented on the report, International Dimensions of Climate Change, published by the government’s future scenarios unit, Foresight, on 11 July.
