No science strategy behind UK green economy plans

Prospect Union has criticised the government’s recent report ‘Enabling the Transition to a Green Economy’ as “wholly inadequate” in meeting green-growth targets.

The union says the report doesn’t address how the transition to a greener economy will be delivered and says it “falls far short of the active industrial strategy the UK urgently needs to deliver green growth”.
