£1.8m for healthcare infections research in Scotland

The Scottish government is offering £1.8 million to support research into infections associated with healthcare, such as Clostridium difficile and MRSA.

The funding will be allocated by the Scottish Infection Research Network, in collaboration with the Scottish government’s Chief Scientist Office.
