£750,000 for universities to reap IP benefits

Projects in 13 UK universities have been awarded a total of £750,000 to get the most out of intellectual property from research.

The 2012 Fast Forward Competition follows a similar scheme in 2011. Each winning project has received funding of between £10,000 and £90,000.
