Space Agency chief executive to step down

David Williams, chief executive of the UK Space Agency, is to step down from his post to become group executive of information sciences at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation in Sydney, Australia.

Williams, who is also chairman of the European Space Agency’s council and director general of the British National Space Centre, will begin the job at the end of November.
