NIHR seeks adviser on mental health research

The National Institute for Health Research is looking for applicants with a background in mental health research for its Mental, Psychological and Occupational Health advisory panel.

The panel provides advice on the research agenda of the Health Technology Assessment programme, which funds research into healthcare treatment, and looks particularly at the clinical aspects and cost-effectiveness of treatments and tests. 

The mental health commissioner will in post four years and applications should be made by 30 June.
