Finch to chair UK’s largest longitudinal study

Janet Finch, social scientist and former vice-chancellor of Keele University, has been appointed as chairwoman of the Birth Cohort Study governing board.

The project, led by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Medical Research Council, is the UK’s largest study of babies and young children.
