The Technology Strategy Board is to invest £7 million in collaborative R&D projects on additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing.
The agency will distribute the funding through the ‘inspiring new design freedoms in additive manufacturing’ competition, having listed 3D printing as one of its 22 priority technologies.
