The Arts and Humanities Research Council has launched an €18.5 million (£15.5m) funding opportunity with the European Commission and 17 European funding organisations.
The programme, Cultural Encounters, is to support arts and humanities researchers in large, international collaborative projects. Funding of up to €1m (£0.8m) per project will be made available.
