Boost for blood pressure research

Researchers at the University of Bristol have been awarded £2.7 million to find new ways of treating high blood pressure.

The funding, from the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council, the British Heart Foundation and the State of São Paulo Research Foundation, will also pay for research at the Bristol Heart Institute and the University of São Paulo.
